Looking for the perfect mountain getaway for a couple, family, or group? Alpine Gardens #3 is what you’re looking for. This one-bedroom condo sleeps six; here you can enjoy the view of Wheeler Peak on the back deck or relax in the hot tub. The Eagle shuttle stop is just across the street and will have you at the Chile Express chairlift in minutes, avoiding the parking lots.
The kitchen is fully-furnished and has full-size appliances; a stacked washer and dryer are provided. The dining table seats four. The living area has a wood stove and a flat-screen television with Dish TV, as well as a sleeper sofa which will sleep two.
The bedroom has a queen bed and a spacious bathroom and dressing area including a dual sink vanity and combination shower/tub.
The sunroom has a full-sized futon which sleeps two, as well as additional seating and a hot tub (available for an additional fee) with a view of Wheeler Peak through the windows. There is also a small deck accessed through the sunroom.
Wi-Fi is provided. Pack and plays and high chairs are available on request for an additional fee, as available.
There are several steps to access the entrance to this home.
NON-PET FRIENDLY
Use of the hot tub is available for $395 plus tax. The hot tub must be booked 48 hours in advance of arrival to ensure proper water temperature.
SLEEPING: Bedroom 1: Queen bed. Living room: Sleeper sofa. Sunroom: Full futon.
KITCHEN: Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, electric range, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, glassware, flatware, toaster, drip coffeemaker.
INDOOR LIVING: Wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV. Radiant ceiling heating, wall heater.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Back deck.
GENERAL: WiFi, linens/towels, hair dryers, and hangers are included as well as a kitchen pack and soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
LOCATION: Alpine Gardens #3 is across North Angel Fire Road from the Eagle resort shuttle stop (active during ski season) and is 2.1 miles (6 minutes driving) from the country club.
PARKING: There is a parking space immediately in front of the unit.
POOL AND FITNESS: The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club are available for a daily/weekly/monthly fee.

This property is managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals,10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM.
Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM. Please return keys/fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out.
Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, trash from homes must be taken to the Recycling Center by guests. Dumpsters are available at condos but may be full at peak periods. There is a map to the Recycling Center in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags.
Smoking is not permitted on our properties.
Pets are ONLY allowed in designated pet-friendly homes.
4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). It is not required to access the condos in the village, but if you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution.
