After a long day outdoors, come back to this townhouse-style condo to relax and recharge. Aspen Park #C6 offers the space you need close to the ski area. This two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath condo has an outdoors theme and sleeps eight.
As you enter the condo, a half-bath is to your right, and to your left is the kitchen with full-size appliances, including a dishwasher. In the open living room, the dining area seats six. The living area seats four comfortably in front of a flat-screen smart TV, and there is access to the back deck. There is also a stacked washer/dryer.
On the second level are two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a twin-over-king bunk bed and an en suite bath with a shower/tub combo. The back bedroom also has a Juliet balcony.
Wi-Fi is provided. Pack and plays and high chairs are available on request for an additional fee, as available.
NON-PET FRIENDLY.
This is one of three units represented by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals in the Aspen Park condo complex. They are within walking distance of each other and a short walk from the Bear shuttle stop.

KITCHEN: Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, electric range, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, glassware, flatware, toaster, drip coffeemaker, pod coffeemaker.
INDOOR LIVING: Flat-screen smart TV. Baseboard heating, wall heaters.
OUTDOOR LIVING: First-floor deck.
GENERAL: WiFi, linens/towels, hair dryers, and hangers are included as well as a kitchen pack and soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
LOCATION: Aspen Park #C1 is a quick walk to the Bear shuttle stop. It is 2.5 miles (7 minutes driving) from the country club.
PARKING: There is unassigned parking in front of the Aspen Park community.
POOL AND FITNESS: The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club are available for a daily/weekly/monthly fee. The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort is not available for public use.

WHAT TO KNOW:
This property is managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM.
Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort. Please return keys/fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out.
Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, trash from homes must be taken to the Recycling Center by guests. Dumpsters are available at condos but may be full at peak periods. There is a map to the Recycling Center in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags.
Smoking is not permitted on our properties.
Dogs are ONLY allowed in designated dog-friendly homes.
4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). It is not required to access the condos in the village, but if you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution
