This beautifully updated one-bedroom, one-bath condo that comfortably sleeps five. Perfectly located within walking distance to the Chile Express ski lift, this condo offers the ideal spot for your mountain getaway.
The entryway is a convenient area to change into and out of your ski gear, with space to hang coats and equipment. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-size appliances, including a dishwasher, and the dining area comfortably seats six. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in a closet across from the kitchen. The full bathroom features a shower/tub combination.
The cozy living room features a large smart TV mounted above the electric fireplace, providing the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the slopes. It also includes a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, which seats three when made up, and an oversized armchair that doubles as a twin sleeper. Step outside to the balcony, where you'll find a bench for two and a small table with seating for two, perfect for enjoying the mountain air.
Upstairs, the loft bedroom offers a king bed and its own smart TV, creating a peaceful retreat for rest and relaxation.
This condo is one of five units in The Lifts condo complex, all managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals. The units are within walking distance of each other and the ski area, making it an ideal choice for easy access to the slopes.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Back Deck with seating.
GENERAL: WiFi, linens/towels, hair dryers, and hangers are included as well as a kitchen pack and soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
LOCATION: Lift B3 is about a 3 minute walk downhill to the Ski Lodge. To the Country Club is about 2.7 Miles away (7 Minute Drive).
PARKING: Outside Parking Lot in the Front.
POOL AND FITNESS: The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club are available for a daily/weekly/monthly fee. The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort is not available for public use.
WHAT TO KNOW:
This property is managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM.
Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort. Please return keys/fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out.
Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, trash from homes must be taken to the Recycling Center by guests. Dumpsters are available at condos but may be full at peak periods. There is a map to the Recycling Center in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags.
Smoking is not permitted on our properties.
Dogs are ONLY allowed in designated dog-friendly homes.
4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). It is not required to access the condos in the village, but if you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution
